David Ince
Founder & Co-Director
David is a trained and qualified Professional Life Coach and Human Behaviour Consultant through Christian Coach Institute, a published author, speaker with 25 years of business and management experience in the Information, Communication and Technology field, a certified SCRUM coach, added to this he has lectured at tertiary level on the subject area - Application of technology in business, and software programming.
He is a pastor, a volunteer youth track & field coach, hobbyist photographer, and serves with various NGOs..
Cherryann Ince
Co-Director
Cherryann has over 25 years in office administration with a regional information technology company, with 12 of those years at a senior level. Cherryann is a certified office professional. Recently she achieved the designation of Lead Implementer in Business Continuity and serves on the Company's Health, Safety and Environment committee. In addition to her local duties, she also leads the sales team in one of the overseas locations.
Cherryann serves as President of her local church's Women's Fellowship, and also sits on the church's conference finance advisory committee. Currently pursuing her Masters in Leadership and Innovation

Jennifer Barrow
Chief Advisor
Jennifer V. Barrow is a marketing and business development professional. She specialises in tourism marketing and operations having more than 25 years of sustainable tourism and hospitality industry experience at both a public and private sector level. She is presently a doctoral candidate undertaking research in management studies with a focus on the regionally integrated area of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) specific to policy implementation and air transport’s impact on tourism growth and development.
Her work has seen her deal with international hotel chains and travel distribution channels, along with small, locally owned companies. Highlights involved business development with a focus on revenue management, sales and marketing and reservations operations of a hotel group to ensure turnaround from a loss situation to ending the year on a profit cycle
